Our dynamic health and safety management system helps us mitigate the risks that are involved in the work that we do.
Our Health and Safety Framework helps us achieve a healthy, safe, and secure workplace. To help manage risks more effectively, our Health and Safety framework groups our work environments into five categories: office operations, field work, lab operations, industrial/construction setting, and transportation. This helps us identify the unique hazards associated with each type of work so we can identify and implement the proper control measures.

HealthWe believe in building healthy communities and supporting employee health. How to take quickal material like health-related safety moments and preventive measures like ergonomic and hazard assessments help establish healthy workplaces. And, initiatives like Mental Health Matters help our employees manage stress both in the workplace and at home.
SafetyWe put safety at the forefront of everything we do. Our Health and Safety Framework mitigates the risks inherent in our work, thereby improving the safety of our people, clients, subcontractors, and those in our communities. Hazard identification and safe work practices are just two controls in place that assess and address potential safety concerns across work environments. Mandatory and ongoing voluntary training encourages our employees to take responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others, at work, at home, and in their communities.
SecurityWe’re committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Travel risk and workplace security are paramount. To support our global mission, we take preventive measures such as locating offices in safe areas and providing appropriate office security. To reduce the risk to our people travelling abroad, we hold travel safety briefings and prepare extensive mitigation plans and standards.
EnvironmentOur goal: be a leader in sustainability by doing business in a way that meets present needs while contributing to an environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable future. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) diminishes environmental risk by fostering an understanding of sustainability at all levels of the organization in ways that are both personally and professionally relevant.
